Laminating
Lamination applies a tough flexible film, heat bonded onto a wide variety of items, providing protection from dirt, grease, rain etc.
Ideal for documents, posters, cards, menus, covers, price lists etc, etc .....
Various sizes and thicknesses are available in the standard gloss finish, with several sizes and thicknesses available in matt finish.
Gloss laminate;
150 micron, 250 micron, or 350 micron.
Matt laminate;
150 micron, or 250 micron.
We can laminate all sheet sizes up to A3.
Gloss or Matt ?
Gloss laminate is ideal if you want to give the print a punchy bright look, This is by far the most popular type of laminate, The above image shows it being used on some document covers.
Matt laminate is ideal if you want the print to have a non-reflective look. It also has a lovely silky feel to it, so ideal for the likes of business cards (as per our cards above). You can also write onto the matt laminate with pencil or pen.
